We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a District Porter based in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is looking to earn supplemental income with a flexible evening schedule. You will be responsible for assisting in covering routes within the entire Charlotte metro radius and will have a company vehicle and fuel card.

What You'll Do:

✅ Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout your assigned communities throughout the night going from location to location

✅ Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck.

✅ Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.

✅ Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.

✅ Change dog station and common area waste bags.

Compensation:

• $150 per day

• $125 per day for any Friday/Saturday coverage

• W2 employment position

• Pay issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
• A valid bank account is required for payroll processing

Schedule & Hours:

• Main working hours: are 6pm - 2am Sunday through Thursday / 6pm - 12am Friday & Saturday

• Must work: 2 weekends per month

• Shift duration: 4 to 7 hours per night, based on route and pace

• Weekly average: 30-38 hours, with potential for additional shifts depending on performance and availability
• Maximum: Up to 5 shifts per week available

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Truck: No Truck Required - a company truck may be provided if you have a valid and clean driving record with at least 5 years of experience.
• Technology: A smartphone with an active data plan (for route communication and task verification).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions without assistance.
