Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will help manage both office and light operational duties, supporting our team in keeping daily operations organized and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
  • Prepare delivery paperwork, invoices, and basic job documentation
  • Maintain and update inventory records and material logs
  • Organize and file both digital and physical documents
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers
  • Run occasional local errands (supplies, materials, etc.)
  • Support management with general office tasks and scheduling
  • Help maintain office organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, email communication)
  • Professional communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
  • Prior office/admin experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation preferred

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in the construction or stone industry
  • Knowledge of marble, granite, or other stone materials
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, or logistics
