Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will help manage both office and light operational duties, supporting our team in keeping daily operations organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Prepare delivery paperwork, invoices, and basic job documentation
- Maintain and update inventory records and material logs
- Organize and file both digital and physical documents
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers
- Run occasional local errands (supplies, materials, etc.)
- Support management with general office tasks and scheduling
- Help maintain office organization and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, email communication)
- Professional communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Prior office/admin experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation preferred
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in the construction or stone industry
- Knowledge of marble, granite, or other stone materials
- Experience with shipping, receiving, or logistics
