WearelookingforaChicagometropolitanareabasedexperiencedsalespersontoactivelyidentify,recruit,manageandoptimizelong-termrelationshipswithBenefitBrokersandConsultants,HR(Benefits)Managersforlargeemployers,TPAsandindividualhealthexchange/distributionpartners.Thisindividualshouldbecomfortablereachingoutandgettinginfrontoftherightprospectsaswellasmaintaininglongtermrelationships.YouwillreportdirectlytotheSeniorVPofSales
Responsibilities:
Meettheoverallsalestargetsofthecompany'sB2Bchannelsbyinitiatingandcreatingnewaccountrevenue.
Mustbecomfortableandcommittedtoconsistentandaggressiveterritory-basedoutreach.
Manage,utilize,andfacilitatethegrowthoftheterritorysalesdatabaseandothersalesoperationstools.
ReportdirectlytotheseniorVPofSalesandworkcloselywithUVPsCEO.
Qualifications:
Minimum4yearsofhands-onsalesinthehealthorancillaryhealthbenefitsspace.
Experiencewithhealthorancillaryhealthrelatedproducts.
Flexibilitytomanageandclosebothsmallandlargeenterprisedeals.
Proventrackrecordthatdemonstratesconsistentgoalachievements.
Superiorcommunicationandpresentationskills(verbal,written,organizational,andinterpersonalskills).
Strongleadershipandmanagementskills.
Experienceinbuilding,managing,andcoachingasalesteam.
PersonalTraits:
Anindependentself-starter,whoiscomfortablewithtakingtheinitiativeandconstantlyseeksanincreasedshareofresponsibilities.
Acalculatedrisk-taker,detail-orientedandamulti-taskerwhothrivesunderpressure.
