We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team with offices in Brooklyn, NY. This position is a potential temp to hire with a hybrid schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume payroll accurately and on time for multiple departments.

Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience handling high-volume payroll processing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Excellent verbal and writen communication skills.

Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
