We are seeking Receptionist to join our team! You will play a vital role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests in a professional welcoming manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist with office management tasks, including supply inventory and ordering
- Internal bookkeeping including invoicing and tracking client payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
