Job Summary
In this role, you will support the reliability and manufacturing testing of advanced electrical hardware systems, including Level 3+ ADAS, telematics, infotainment, battery management, and zonal ECUs. The position involves working on cutting-edge automated test solutions, combining software, firmware, and custom hardware deployed across internal labs and manufacturing environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate software user interfaces to execute test equipment during hardware bring-up.
Perform validation using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
Own calibration and mechanical setup of thermal and vibration chambers.
Troubleshoot, root cause, and document failures related to DUT (Device Under Test), test equipment, and harnesses.
Conduct circuit board modifications including soldering, de-soldering, and component rework.
Support commissioning and deployment of new automated test systems.
Analyze, review, and report test data to engineering stakeholders.
Assist in building first articles, redlining schematics, and resolving hardware issues.
Required Skill
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in building automated test equipment (ATE) or industrial automation systems.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and datasheets.
Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools and lab instrumentation.
Proficiency in soldering, circuit board rework, and electronic troubleshooting.
Experience with thermal and vibration testing setups is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
Comfortable working in lab environments and handling test equipment (including lifting where required).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automotive hardware systems such as ADAS, ECUs, telematics, or battery systems.
Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address gaps independently.
Experience in manufacturing or production test environments.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $26.00 per hour
