The DNA Group is seeking a Senior Aspen Trainer & QA Analyst (SME) — a hybrid training and quality assurance role designed to provide schools with expert knowledge and training on the District’s Aspen Student Information System (SIS) while supporting the DevOps team in testing and validating new SIS features. The analyst will deliver virtual and in-person training and support to schools and central office users, resolve user issues, guide users through technical steps, update systems based on user requests, and develop comprehensive training materials. This role ensures problem ownership, promotes user satisfaction, and drives the effective adoption and reliability of the Aspen SIS.
Overview requirements:
- Provide expert training and support for Aspen SIS to school-based and central office staff.
- Create and maintain training materials (manuals, webinars, videos, guides, SharePoint resources, etc.).
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring user understanding and engagement.
- Serve as Tier II support for Aspen SIS user issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Perform quality assurance testing for new SIS features, identifying and documenting issues.
- Provide detailed documentation of test cases, results, and training outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and customer service in all user interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing end-user training and support in enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps, QA testing, and ticket tracking systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
