Position Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative marketer to own our digital presence, lead generation, and performance reporting. You’ll oversee campaigns from concept to conversion by optimizing every step of the customer journey to deliver high-quality leads and clear ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Track and report on marketing ROI, lead sources, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize cost-per-lead and conversion rates.
- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms and the website.
- Capture short-form video content (reels, TikToks, product highlights, customer stories).
- Film vendor walkthroughs, showroom tours, installs, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Organize and upload all footage to shared drives for editing and distribution.
2. Media & Design
- Create visually compelling marketing assets: brochures, flyers, digital graphics, presentations and more.
- Assist in writing blog posts, email campaigns, product spotlights, and promotional content.
3. Vendor & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate vendor presentations, product demos, and showroom visits.
- Maintain strong communication with manufacturer reps and distributors.
- Ensure teams receive updated product information, samples, and promotions.
- Manage vendor calendars, confirmations, logistics, and follow-ups.
4. Operations Support
- Support day-to-day operational needs across showrooms and office functions.
- Assist with internal communication, meeting setup, and scheduling.
- Help plan team events, employee engagement activities, and internal initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate and lead sales meetings and training sessions
- Maintain SOPs, process guides, shared folders, and internal resources.
5. CRM Monitoring & Lead Coordination
- Monitor CRM activity for accuracy, lead assignments, and timely follow-ups.
- Track and organize incoming leads to ensure they’re routed correctly.
- Support the team in maintaining clean, consistent CRM data.
- Run weekly/monthly CRM reports to support leadership visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations.
- Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email automation tools.
- Skilled in CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Nutshell, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills for content creation.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven.
- Salary $60,000 - $70,000
