Position Overview

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed near Norton Shores, MI to provide school-based services to K3rd grade students during the 20252026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support foundational communication development in a collaborative and supportive elementary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K3

• Conduct speech/language assessments and contribute to IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Document services and monitor student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active SLP license in the state of Michigan

• ASHA CCC preferred; CFYs may be considered

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to work onsite with young learners
