North Creek Roofing is looking for motivated individuals who have experience in lead generation and appointment setting to join our Contact Center. This position is responsible for scheduling sales appointments and providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Call Center Representative to join our high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls, making follow-up outbound calls to warm leads, and booking appointments for in-home roofing consultations. This role sits on-site with the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—so strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments for in-home roofing consultations
- Provide accurate information about our services and answer customer questions
- Build rapport with prospective and current customers through clear, friendly communication
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate as needed
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and mailing
- Follow company communication procedures, scripts, and guidelines
- Track interactions and updates in CRM (ServiceTitan) and internal systems (Five9)
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in customer service required, call center, or phone-based scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and typing skills - required
- Able to handle high volumes of calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented, respectful, and eager to support others
- Comfortable learning and working within integrated systems and scripts
- Experience in inside sales or appointment setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
