LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately Full-Time Catering Customer Service Reps to assist in servicing our Airline Customers. We are the worlds leading provider of end-toend airline products and services with a fast growing footprint in Convenience Retail and Subscription Food Service. As part of our catering logistics team, you will be a key player in assuring quality service to our Customers.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:
Ensure correct packing/provisioning of assigned flights
Keep updated of menu changes in our operations
Review the carts and equipment delivered to the flights with the flight attendants to ensure that all items requested/required were delivered accordingly.
Interact with flight attendants
Measure and maintain temperatures in accordance with haccp requirements
Intereact with other associates in the building to insure we provide quality and good service to our customers
Perform any other related tasks as requested by supervisor
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent attendance/punctuality record
Be Flexible to work any shift as required including, holidays, nights and weekends as we have operate on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week
Able to react to changing priorities
Ability to communicate with our customers (i.e. English)
Ability to calculate percentage (i.e. Math)
You need to have a Valid driver license
Must be able to provide 10 years of background information for FAA id
Must have at least 6 months of company seniority
Ability to read, write, and speak English
