Front Office Supervisor for high profile Dermatology Practice in Santa Monica! JOB DETAILS
- Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they contact the practice through their follow-up care
- Oversee front office operations including scheduling, patient flow, service recovery, financial transactions, and staff performance
- Assist staff in making and confirming appointments, performing insurance verification, and requesting and collecting payments
- Proactively develop relationship with the patients to ensure they have a warm welcome when they arrive
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a medical, aesthetics, or luxury service environment
- Polished, proactive, and relentlessly detail-oriented
- Natural ability to lead, anticipate needs, and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
- Strong proficiency with Nextech EMR or similar practice management systems
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with the high profile brand

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Monday-Friday, 40hr work week 8a-4p (sometimes later depending on day)
- $31-$32/hr depending on experience
