EXTREME LOANS — Hiring Licensed and Unlicensed Loan Officers

What We Offer
Unlicensed Candidates
• Paid training: $18 per hour plus commissions earned
• We pay for your NMLS licensing
• Leads available on day one
• High-energy, supportive sales environment
• Clear path to earning six figures once licensed
Licensed Loan Officers
• Sliding comp plan up to 150 bps
• Purchase and refinance leads on day one
• Ability to price your own deals
• Fast coaching and daily support
• Typical first-year earnings: $100,000 to $180,000 plus
What You Will Do
• Make and take sales calls
• Guide clients through the mortgage process
• Follow a proven sales system
• Work closely with your team leader
• Improve daily through coaching and call reviews
What We Are Looking For
Licensed Loan Officer
• Active NMLS license
• One or more years of sales experience
• Competitive and goal-driven
Unlicensed Candidate
• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service background preferred
• Coachable and motivated
• Seeking a long-term career, not just a job
