Are you looking to break into the insurance industry?


Great, your base salary will start at $25,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $50,000

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $36,000 and our top earners made $65000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored advice.
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales techniques to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Policy Design: Develop and propose customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to improve client portfolios by offering additional coverage options.
  • Continuous Growth: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.


Requirements

  • Licensing: An active Virginia Property & Casualty License is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-focused environment is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Customer Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a drive to meet or exceed client expectations.
