Production Operator – Finishing Team 2nd Shift
Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am | $19/hour

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Production Operators to join the Finishing Team. These roles focus on completing finishing tasks that ensure customer orders are accurate, high-quality, and ready to ship. Candidates should be dependable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate finishing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Complete paperwork, labels, and production documentation as required
• Wrap, box, and prepare completed work orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Support additional production or finishing duties as needed to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, warehouse, or printing environment
• Strong reliability and steady work history
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working at a consistent pace
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in printing, packaging, or finishing work
• Familiarity with basic computer systems for recording production data
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
