We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Vernal, Utah. In this contract to permanent role, you will provide essential technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operations for end users. Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.

• Respond promptly to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of user concerns.

• Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and address hardware and software problems.

• Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 10 systems.

• Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions within the ticketing system.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues for further investigation.

• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions.

• Deliver attentive and courteous support to end users, ensuring a positive experience.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.

• Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience in basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and processes.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to users.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
