Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Glass Installation Helper to assist with the installation and repair of automatic doors, glass doors, and windows at customer locations and in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn a skilled trade. Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead technician with installing and repairing glass doors, automatic doors, and windows

Transport tools and materials to and from job sites

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain)
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
-
Must have a valid driver’s license

Must pass initial and random drug screenings
-
Must pass a criminal background check
-
Punctual, dependable, and respectful of company policies
-
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and attention to safety
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction, carpentry, window, or door installation
