Radiant Exterior Services is a growing window cleaning company based in Minnetonka, MN. We help homeowners protect and brighten their biggest investment — their home — with professional, detail-focused window and exterior cleaning. We’re growing fast and looking for energetic, motivated people who want to work hard and make great moneythis season.

Schedule:

• 5 days/week 8-10hr days 8:30am start to 4:30/6:30 flexible end.

Pay:

• $185 daily base pay
• 100% of your tips ($20-$40avg per day)
• Bonuses ($15-$30avg per day) - $10 per $100 over revenue KPI

What is required:

• 2+ years of ladder experience
• Flexible Schedule
• A reliable truck (we have all the equipment)
• Good Health to work outside
• Good people skills (you will be communicating with clients)
