<p>Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team!&nbsp; You will help with all aspects of project planning, permit expediting, construction estimating, scheduling and implementation.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities include:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Manage all aspects of construction project, from initial planning to full implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
<li>Reimbursable travel to NJ job sites and NJ municipalities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>
<ul>
<li>previous experience in construction management or another related field</li>
<li>familiarity with general computer software such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet programs</li>
<li>Email management and Mobile phone knowledge is a must</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills required</li>
<li>Adaptability and quick learning</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Blueprint knowledge, blueprint reading</li>
