Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will help with all aspects of project planning, permit expediting, construction estimating, scheduling and implementation.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of construction project, from initial planning to full implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Reimbursable travel to NJ job sites and NJ municipalities

Qualifications:

  • previous experience in construction management or another related field
  • familiarity with general computer software such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet programs
  • Email management and Mobile phone knowledge is a must
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Adaptability and quick learning
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Blueprint knowledge, blueprint reading
