As the Ombudsman Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
• Directs supervision of Ombudsman volunteers within assigned geographic region
• Responds tp resident issues and concerns, as necessary including completing complaint activity and investigation
• Participates in ongoing program of education and public awareness to address systematic problems and elder abuse as well as the program's need to recruit Ombudsman volunteers
• Enters all required program reports/documentation into state database system in a timely basis
Ombudsman Program Coordinator Minimum Salary: $ 25.00/hour
Ombudsman Program Coordinator Maximum Salary: $ 25.00/hour
Ombudsman Program Coordinator: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:00PM
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Human Services, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in related field
