Job DescriptionTHE OPPORTUNITY: Registered Dental Hygienist &nbsp; THE LOCATION: Hickory, North Carolina &nbsp; Ready for a change? We have a full time opportunity available for a dental hygienist to join an established private practice in Hickory, North Carolina.&nbsp;In this role, you will be seeing children, adolescents and young adults (first tooth up to early 20s). You'll be off on Mondays, the schedule is Tuesdays-Fridays from 8am-5pm. &nbsp; *&nbsp; &nbsp;$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS - Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits package &nbsp;
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Review medical history with parent/guardian or patient.</li>
<li>Take x-rays when appropriate</li>
<li>Scale and</li>
<li>Scale and polish teeth</li>
<li>Write chart notes</li>
<li>Assist the dentist with charting the exam</li>
<li>Gain permission from parents/guardians for sealants</li>
<li>Speak with parents/guardians regarding the patient's visit</li>
</ul>

THE QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Licensed Dental Hygienist - North Carolina - active / unrestricted or eligible for licensure</li>
<li>New RDHs are encouraged to apply!</li>
<li>Enjoys working with children</li>
