General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience, ideally in fast-paced QSR environments
  • Average of 2-3+ years in previous leadership positions. We appreciate and reward dedication to service and developing future leaders
  • A Passion for hourly team development, mentoring leaders, and being a brand ambassador in the community
  • Strong financial skills: budget management, P&L analysis, and driving profitability
  • Genuine Hospitality Leader who loves to deliver above and beyond guest experiences
  • Desire to lead a new team in a new market while implementing and supporting long-term strategies for sales growth and team development

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 30+ employees, fostering collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
  • Maintain high standards for guest experience, food safety, and brand quality
  • Drive operational and financial performance, achieving team performance goals and growth targets
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff and managers to reach their personal and professional goals
