General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience, ideally in fast-paced QSR environments
- Average of 2-3+ years in previous leadership positions. We appreciate and reward dedication to service and developing future leaders
- A Passion for hourly team development, mentoring leaders, and being a brand ambassador in the community
- Strong financial skills: budget management, P&L analysis, and driving profitability
- Genuine Hospitality Leader who loves to deliver above and beyond guest experiences
- Desire to lead a new team in a new market while implementing and supporting long-term strategies for sales growth and team development
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 30+ employees, fostering collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest experience, food safety, and brand quality
- Drive operational and financial performance, achieving team performance goals and growth targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff and managers to reach their personal and professional goals
