Sales Manager
At a Glance:
As a Sales Manager you will either need an existing team, or have the ability to recruit, train, and support a sales team. Within an assigned territory you and your team will build business relationships, brand recognition and close prospective clients. You will specialize in report building and question based selling to build a book of business. This position is directed towards leaders who have a back ground in D2D sales, excellent management and motivation skills.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary $45,000-$90,000
- Commissions/bonus opportunity
- Quarterly All Inclusive Incentive Trips
- Relocation Assistance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Door to Door industry
- 4 year degree or 2 year associates
- Reliable transportation
- Coachable
- Sales motivated
- Must be able to relocate to TEXAS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
