This program utilizes a variety of Pilates exercises performed on a mat, making it accessabile to everyone regardless of fitness level. We see it as the perfect compliment to our RIG and TURF sessions by providing a balanced approach to fitness that enhances the mind-body connection and supports recovery and alignment.
