Job DescriptionTitle: Fullstack Software Engineer, Founding EngineerLocation: San Francisco, CA (In person role 4x a week)Compensation: $150-200k baseBonus/Perks: Equity, bonus, PTO, Benefits, and moreWork Experience Needed:
<ul>
<li>3-8 years of experience with a backend focus (70%)</li>
<li>Experience as a founding engineer /early engineer within a startup that has scaled</li>
<li>Experience building and scaling distributed systems</li>
<li>Strong understanding of concepts such as database read/write guarantees, caching architectures, distributed queues, race conditions</li>
<li>Experience with Temporal, AWS, SQS, Celery, GCP, Pub/Sub, Kafka</li>
</ul>
Soft Skills:
<ul>
<li>Strong communicator and ability to work independently</li>
<li>Ability to work in person 4 days a week in San Francisco</li>
