Duration: Contract to Hire
Pay rate range: $18-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job summary:
This position is the face of our practice. It is the person that every patient sees as soon as they walk through the door. They direct all activity coming into our office. It is also, the person that most of our telephone calls get screened through.
Job duties include:

Accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications include:

Medical experience preferred, but not required

We would like someone that is patient, is calm under stressful situations, and has good customer service skills
