We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused Recruiting and Scheduling Specialist to help us grow and support our amazing team of clinicians.

Job Overview

The Recruiting and Scheduling Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the flow and function of our services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has strong organizational skills. You will manage the full cycle of recruiting new staff and coordinate scheduling to ensure client and staff needs are met efficiently.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires (primarily RBTs and BCBAs).
• Post job openings, review applications, and coordinate interviews with clinical leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork, certifications, and documentation are completed timely.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and families to build and manage treatment schedules that meet both staff availability and client service needs.
• Respond promptly to scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and changes to ensure minimal disruption to services.
• Build strong relationships with staff to maintain engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using company systems.

Who You Are

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in recruiting, HR coordination, or healthcare/ABA scheduling (preferred but not required).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn scheduling and HR platforms quickly.
• Passionate about helping families and clinicians thrive.

Expected Hours: 30-40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
