`About the Role:
Are you mechanically inclined and looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing? We’re looking for a motivated Tool & Die Maker to join our team. Whether you’re newly graduated, or have some hands-on experience, we’re willing to train the right individual. This is a great opportunity to work with experienced professionals and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
- Operate and learn to set up various machine tools (manual and CNC)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings
- Support the team in troubleshooting tooling issues on the production floor
- Use measuring tools to check accuracy and quality of work
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, trade school, or apprenticeship
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and machine operation
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior toolmakers
- Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday- Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
