Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Office Support
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Collaborate in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with event logistics.
Support general office organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Assistance
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes for the marketing Director.
Assist with planning and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
Monitor and report on marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Keep marketing materials and promotional items control.
Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications in coordination with finance areas.
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
