A luxury lifestyle brand is hiring a Senior Director of Digital Product Management to help lead its digital transformation. You’ll manage a team, own key initiatives—including a full website overhaul—and collaborate across the business to deliver seamless, high-impact digital experiences.
📍 Location: SF Bay Area (Marin), 100% on-site
🧭 What You’ll Do:
- Lead execution of the digital product roadmap
- Guide and grow a team of product managers
- Partner with design, engineering, and marketing to ship customer-first features
- Write tickets, clarify requirements, QA releases, and drive delivery
- Use data and testing to increase performance, conversion, and engagement
- Present product vision and progress to senior leadership
✅ What You Bring:
- 10–12+ years in digital product management, including people leadership
- Hands-on experience in eComm, DTC, or consumer-facing web platforms
- Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution
- Familiar with CMS, SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and agile workflows
- Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability teams
- Ready to dive in and do what it takes
