Job Description
The LPN nurse will utilize the nursing process documentation and communication skills to collaborate with physicians and other team members. Provide client care services. Provides health education training as assigned, and participates in planning and treatment planning meetings. Keeps abreast with professional developments in nursing and related areas. Maintains an effective system of records and reports. Oversight of medical information, and medication training for clients and staff, as appropriate.
Education and Experience: Employee must be 21 years of age. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing in the state of NJ. Required to have a license as a LPN Nurse.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must have a valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey. Current CPR certificate. Driver’s license valid in the state of New Jersey.
