Job Title: Electrical Manufacturing Technician

Location: Baldwin Park, CA 91706
Duration: 06 Months + (Extendable)

Shift: Monday To Friday 08 am - 05 pm - Flexible (40 Hours Per Week)

Job Summary:

• Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
• Perform disassembly and assembly of parts and components on critical machines.
• Can work in a tight, loud and/or high environment.
• Have a basic understanding of physics.
• Requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical related work.
• Understanding English is a must.

Does not need a degree, but at least 2 years of experience and willing to learn.
Completing maintenance/repair of equipment, working on water cooling systems.
Helpful if bilingual in either Chinese or Vietnamese.

Must-Haves:

• Electrical/Mechanical experience.
• Will be working with Dry Pumps, Vacuum Systems, and Respirators.
• Not afraid of Heights, tight spaces, and a Dirty environment.
• Basic understanding of Physics.
• At least 2 years of technical experience with electricals and mechanicals
• Working with Dry pumps, vacuuming systems
• Must be okay to get their hands dirty
• Wear respirators at times
• Working in sandy, dusty, and wet environments
• Working with other members of my team – they are Chinese and Vietnamese
• Working on ladder (maybe 10 ft off the ground) – must be okay with heights
• Degree not necessary – High School okay
• Installing equipment, monitoring how the machine is running for engineers
• Troubleshooting – 20%
• Hard Labor work – 70%
• Working on computer logging information – 10%
