We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This is a contract to permanent position where you will play a vital role in managing financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. The ideal Bookkeeper candidate has a strong background in bookkeeping and is proficient in QuickBooks.

• Maintain and update accurate financial records, including transactions and account reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor budgets and assist with forecasting to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support preparation for audits.
• Collaborate with other team members to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to manage all bookkeeping tasks effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Other requirements for the Bookkeeper position include and are not limited to:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with payroll and tax regulations.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
