Account Manager – Inside Sales

Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Salary Range: Base salary $59,000.00 plus commission

Job Summary

As an Account Manager – Inside Sales at Selkirk Sport, you'll help drive B2B sales growth by connecting with pickleball clubs, specialty retailers, and coaching professionals nationwide. You'll manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure that our partners receive exceptional service and support.

This role is ideal for someone who's energetic, personable, and passionate about growing the sport of pickleball. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our marketing and operations teams to expand Selkirk's footprint across the U.S. and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing B2B accounts to generate sales of paddles, balls, nets, shoes, and other pickleball equipment.

  • Plan and execute Demo Days and promotional events with dealers, clubs, and professional partners.

  • Promote Selkirk's product lines, programs, and special offers to decision-makers within accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partners through consistent communication and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data within the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Selkirk brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally in the sporting goods or active lifestyle industry.

  • Strong phone presence and ability to close sales over the phone.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable learning new software systems.

  • Passion for pickleball or racquet sports is a strong plus.
