Hello,

We are looking to add a skilled member to our team.

To be successful you need to know your way around a job site. Have basic all-around knowledge. And be prepared to lead / motivate anyone who stands in the way fo getting the job done.

Might need to talk to inspectors. So, you need to keep paper organized and stamped prints on hand.

Looking for someone who has skills in selective demo, block work, rough carpentry, steel beams, welding, drywall, trim carpentry, windows and doors, machine operation, driving with a loaded trailer, or any other trade that applies to construction.

This job is different every day. The company takes on a multitude of jobs and stays busy all year. Most of the work is subcontracted out. Our staff is responsible for getting jobs ready for subs, completing tasks that are needed for code corrections, and change orders. Keeping jobs ready for inspection. In renovations we take on a more active role. New home warranty work, rental home maintenance, and apartment maintenance are also a part of what we do.

You will be required to bring a list of your own tools every day we work.

You need to punch in and out on a smart phone.

You need to send and receive pictures to verify work is completed.

You need to keep logs of all purchases and report back weekly.

You need to communicate info between parties you encounter and management.

You will be required to patriciate in safety meetings and keep trucks and jobs clean and organized on a daily basis.

Company tools need to be cataloged and cared for.

You will be expected to direct and train a less skilled helper to maximize potential progress.
