Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Pearsall, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Pearsall, Texas. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K12 students by delivering individualized speech and language services that support both academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of communication goals

• Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
