<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionMasterTech is on the search for a Heavy Equipment Technician in the Forest Lake, MN area. We have shop and field service openings, responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, mining, aerial, cranes, etc.). Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>$30.00 - $50.00/hour, plus overtime after 8 hours/day. </li>
<li>Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, life, short/long-term disability, etc. </li>
<li>401K with matching contributions. </li>
<li>2 weeks prorated vacation, plus sick days, holidays, and PTO. </li>
</ul>
Shift: 
<ul>
<li>Day shift, Monday to Friday. </li>
<li>8 to 12 hour days on average. </li>
</ul>
Key Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic. </li>
<li>Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. </li>
<li>Proficient using scanners, OEM diagnostic software, and reading schematics. </li>
<li>Able to work independently, and able to communicate professionally with company clients/customers. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license, clean driving record. </li>
<li>CDL A for field service openings. </li>
