Our client, a well-established civil litigation firm with a strong regional presence, is seeking attorneys to join their Workers' Compensation team in Atlanta.
Position Details:
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Work Model: In-office with potential for hybrid/remote flexibility following onboarding and team integration
- Experience Level: 1–5 years of legal practice preferred
- Bar Admission: Must be licensed in Georgia or awaiting bar exam results

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new case files and develop strategic action plans
- Identify and manage pleading requirements; delegate tasks to support staff
- Prepare discovery responses and oversee document production
- Attend and report on depositions, hearings, and other discovery events
- Negotiate settlements, obtain necessary authority, and prepare for trial
- Maintain consistent communication with paralegals and legal assistants

Preferred Background:
- 2–5 years of experience, ideally in insurance defense
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Georgia Bar license (or pending results)
