Sears Imported Autos is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead from the showroom floor and elevate the performance of our sales team. This role is built for someone who thrives in the action—engaging customers, supporting deals in real time, and coaching sales professionals to close at a higher level.
This is not a “sit in the tower” position. We are looking for a leader who is visible, engaged, and drives momentum throughout the day.
What This Role Owns
Be present on the showroom floor—leading, coaching, and supporting live deals
Assist sales consultants with customer engagement, product presentation, and closing strategy
Step in on key interactions to help move deals forward professionally
Maintain a high-energy, customer-first showroom environment
Reinforce process and ensure a consistent, premium client experience
Develop the team through daily coaching, role play, and accountability

Requirements:
3–5 years of prior automotive sales management experience
High School Diploma required; some college preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with clients
Natural coach—someone who can improve performance in real time
Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
High urgency, high energy, and the ability to lead by example
