Job DescriptionMechanical AssemblerLocation: Ramsey, MNSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hrAbout the Role
Join a team building custom refrigeration units used in grocery stores and gas stations. You’ll be brazing copper piping using an oxyacetylene torch, assembling units based on blueprints, and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Braze copper-to-copper piping using oxyacetylene torch
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Assemble housing units for refrigeration racks
- Perform physical tasks: bending, kneeling, twisting, lifting
Top Skills
- Mechanical assembly
- Brazing experience
- Blueprint reading
- Hand tools & tape measure proficiency
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ months of mechanical assembly, machine operation, or construction
- Experience in plumbing or entry-level welding (MIG)
- Farm equipment repair or automotive work is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Work Environment
- Large, clean manufacturing facility
- Team-based builds (3–4 people per unit)
- Fast-paced, well-lit, no A/C (fans provided)
- Steel-toed boots and long pants required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
