At Lee & Birch, we believe in offering a personalized shopping experience and 1-on-1 styling to each and every customer that walks in our door. Someone who is a self-starter and motivated to strive for excellence. Passion for fashion and compassion for customer relationships are key.
Job Roles:
- Give one-on-one styling while offering customers an experience that makes them look and feel their best.
- Support manager with tagging/steaming/merchandising
- Assist in visual presentation
- Maintain company standards within the store, cleaning, organizing, etc.
- Generate sales and profits.
- Drive new ideas and creative problem solving
Position Requirements: Must be outgoing, social and approachable
- Strong selling and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work as a team to meet and exceed goals.
- Availability to work day, evening, and some weekend hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
