We’re looking for a driven, results-focused sales agent ready to grow in the world of flip properties and new construction. If you enjoy consultative selling, identifying investment value, and guiding clients through strategic deals, this could be the right move for you.
In this role, you’ll work closely with builders, developers, and value-driven buyers—helping them buy, sell, and evaluate properties in both the fix-and-flip and new build spaces. You’ll play a key part in creating a seamless experience from first opportunity to final close.
You’ll work side by side with top-producing agents and gain access to our structured coaching program, designed to sharpen your skills, speed up your learning curve, and help you thrive in a competitive market.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM, and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals
- Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career
- Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer, so the entire process is smooth and timely
- Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals

Qualifications:
- Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred
- A successful and proven sales history
- Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
