Honda and Toyota Used Car Technician

Are you a new or experienced automotive technician looking for long term career?

Duties and responsibilities:

• Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly.
• Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined.
• Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, tune-ups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires.
• Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings.
• Disassemble and reassemble parts.
• Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective.

Qualifications to include but not limited to:

• Certifications will factor in to pay plan.
• Great attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Working well with others in a group setting.

Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Thursday

Experience:

• Automotive Repair: 2 years.
• Automotive technician/mechanic: 2 years.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Drug Free Dealership.

Salary: $25.00-33.00 per hour.

Monday -Friday.
