Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, full-year Speech-Language Pathologist role is based onsite at a K-12 school located in Aurora, CO. Designed for professionals holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), this position offers an opportunity to work directly with pediatric students to support their communication and language development.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with CCC accreditation preferred
  • Experience working in pediatric settings, particularly in schools
  • Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year welcome; supervision provided
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates considered if paired with an SLP

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for K-12 students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

This contract role requires on-site presence throughout the school year and offers supervision for those completing their CCC. The setting is supportive of SLPA involvement when working alongside an SLP, providing a team-based approach to student care.
