Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in providing technical support, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Responsibilities:
• Configure and set up new user accounts in Microsoft 365 and other platforms to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Manage Active Directory tasks, including account creation, updates, and deactivations, while maintaining security protocols.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new team members and current employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at Tier 1 level, escalating complex problems to higher support tiers as needed.
• Document support cases thoroughly in the ticketing system for effective tracking and resolution.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting FAQs.
• Communicate technical solutions and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred,

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.

• Strong skills in configuring and supporting desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and documentation practices.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users of varying technical expertise.
