Position Status:\t\t\tFull Time
Salary: \t\t\t\t\t$30,000 - $33,000 (annually + benefits)
Position Summary: Responsibilities include providing clerical support for day-to-day functions of BBHC staff by primarily managing the front desk reception area, providing customer service, maintaining files, and preparing documents.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
1.\tReceptionist
•\tPunctual and reliable
•\tReceiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
•\tAnswering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
•\tDelivers messages timely
•\tReceives packages
2.\tProviding support by performing the following clerical functions:
•\tPrepare and maintain files
•\tPreparation of meeting material for distribution
•\tArrange travel accommodations
•\tCompose meeting minutes
•\tPhotocopying, filing, and scanning documents
•\tPick up/deliver material as requested
3.\tOther Related Duties:
•\tPrepare materials such as agendas, sign in sheets, meeting materials
•\tSchedule meetings
•\tAdministrative support as needed
•\tOther related duties as assigned
Experience, Competencies and Education:
•\tMinimum of an Associates Degree
•\tExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
•\tStrong written skills
•\tSelf-motivated and exhibits willingness to take initiative

Mental and Physical Qualifications:
Good health as evidenced by acceptable pre-employment health screening, ability to function effectively under stressful circumstances, and acceptable attendance record. Has a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
