About the Role
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office and play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a part-time, in-office position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming front desk environment

Scan, organize, and distribute incoming mail and documents

Make outgoing calls to clients and assist with scheduling and follow-ups

Provide general administrative support, including assisting with document preparation

Maintain and update the office calendar, ensuring meetings and deadlines are coordinated efficiently

Support staff with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) — required

Prior experience in an office or administrative setting preferred but not required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Comfortable using office equipment (phones, scanners, printers) and basic computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Slack, etc.)

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Schedule

Part-time schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
