  • Knows CRM tools like the back of their hand (eLeads, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.)

  • Has a contagiously positive attitude and brings good energy to every room.

  • Closes with confidence and teaches others to do the same — easily transferring emotion and urgency to customers and the team.

  • Learns something new every day and applies it immediately.

  • Is disciplined, driven, and never satisfied with “good enough.”

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow our Business Development Center to drive high appointment and close rates.

  • Build winning phone, text, email, and chat processes — and hold your team accountable.

  • Motivate, train, and inspire team members through example, energy, and clarity.

  • Obsess over CRM performance, data, follow-up, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with sales and management to align on goals and exceed expectations.

  • Solve problems fast, with resourcefulness and a no-excuses mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDC/Internet Sales/Automotive Sales Management role.

  • Proven record of high close rates and team leadership.

  • Deep CRM knowledge and process-building experience.

  • A leader who can move people, not just manage them.

  • Someone who thrives under pressure and stays laser-focused on results.
