Job Purpose:

Duties & Responsibilities:


Maintain Positional Responsibilities While Ensuring Guest Satisfaction


  • Assemble a wide range of menu items.
  • Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
  • Meet Speed and accuracy goals.
  • Ring up orders quickly and accurately.
  • Know our menu.
  • Help customers with questions or requests.
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
  • Step in and support your manager and fellow team members.
  • Demonstrate professional behavior to cafe team as well as to guests.
  • Uphold Food Safety standards.
  • Adhere to day-to-day cafe systems and processes.
  • Follow company policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment.


Working Conditions:

  • This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • This role requires the ability to keep cool under pressure and interact with multiple types of people in a calm and fair manner.
  • While performing this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and hear in a loud environment.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs.
  • Role requires standing for extended periods of time with a break, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to use a step ladder.
