Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain Positional Responsibilities While Ensuring Guest Satisfaction
- Assemble a wide range of menu items.
- Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
- Meet Speed and accuracy goals.
- Ring up orders quickly and accurately.
- Know our menu.
- Help customers with questions or requests.
- Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
- Step in and support your manager and fellow team members.
- Demonstrate professional behavior to cafe team as well as to guests.
- Uphold Food Safety standards.
- Adhere to day-to-day cafe systems and processes.
- Follow company policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment.
Working Conditions:
- This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- This role requires the ability to keep cool under pressure and interact with multiple types of people in a calm and fair manner.
- While performing this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and hear in a loud environment.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
- Role requires standing for extended periods of time with a break, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to use a step ladder.
