Job DescriptionAre you friendly, reliable, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment? We're looking for Front Desk Agents to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
